AOL does strange things to Web graphics. It compresses them using their own proprietary *ART format. To turn off image compression, click on the My AOL icon on the toolbar and select Preferences. Click on the WWW/Internet Options icon and then the Web Graphics tab. Uncheck Use Compressed Graphics Thank you.
